N V Accounting takes your privacy very seriously and will never disclose, share or sell your data without your consent; unless required to do so by law. We only retain your data for 7 years as required by HMRC and for the purpose(s) specified in this notice. Where you have consented to us providing you with promotional offers and marketing, you are free to withdraw this consent at any time. Safeguarding Measures
Transfers Outside the EU
To deliver our services to you, we do have back office staff based outside of the European Economic Area. This will typically occur while carrying out our day to day responsibility. These transfers are subject to special rules under data protection laws.

How Long We Keep Your Data
- N V Accounting LLP only retains the information for 7 years as directed by HMRC. We can delete the data we hold if specifically requested by you.
- Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.
Lodging A Complaint
